New and Old - Tear Down/New Construction teardown

This house was originally a small two bedroom, one bath home. Leaving the original front wall of the house and using the original roof studs to add on a second floor, this beautiful modern gem now stands where the older home once did.

Now, a large foyer opens into a living room / dining room with architectural columns, opposite the library/den. The gourmet kitchen is combined with a fabulous family room, perfect for entertaining.

Upstairs, the master bedroom / bath are joined by three additional bedrooms and full bath.

This house, which is currently on the market, will be staged by various stores and designers in the Fox Valley area to give you a true idea of living in modern day splendor, while retaining the charm of yesteryear.

Claudia Mills, owner of V2K Window Décor and More

Claudia Mills, owner of V2K Window Décor and More, has 15 years of experience designing custom window treatments. She helps clients choose
window treatments wisely, thanks to 3-D software that allows them to see how the window treatments would look on their windows.

"Many people have a hard time visualizing," says Claudia. "It can be a leap of faith that not everyone is comfortable with." The V2K software allows
them to see what they will be getting. When people are investing in their home, they want to know that they are making the right choice."

Claudia visits customers' homes with fabric and product samples, measures the room and windows, and enters the measurements into her laptop. When theimages are displayed, customers can compare different options, both in terms of price and looks. This gives the customer information about all of the
alternatives available, and allows for a more informed decision.

V2K provides window coverings including drapes, curtains, valances and Roman shades, as well as shutters, blinds, shades, bedding and decorative pillows.
