This attractive two-story is beautifully decorated and features Early American Primitive Décor. After a kitchen remodel and addition was built, the home was featured in Chicago Magazine approximately 10 years ago. Tying in with the Early American décor, the remodel incorporated a keeping room into the home’s design, as well as a screened porch overlooking a peaceful back yard.
A hand painted mural by a local artist decorates the entry hall and continues up the staircase. Many unusual primitive antiques collected by the homeowner are showcased throughout the home. Don’t forget to check out the hat room, too!
